We're building an industry-leading anticipatory intelligence platform. By combining cutting-edge AI with proven intelligence workflows, we give corporate intelligence and security teams the ability to stay ahead of emerging threats, giving them the time to act before they materialise.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a founding CTO to architect and build the foundation that will define the technical future of the company. You'll own the complete technical vision, from real-time data ingestion systems processing global information streams to ML models that anticipate geopolitical events before they happen.

This isn't about managing existing technology. You'll be creating something entirely new: a system that can analyse millions of data points daily, identify emerging patterns, and deliver actionable intelligence that protects lives and saves companies millions of dollars. 

What You'll Build

• Next-generation threat prediction engine: Design ML pipelines that calculate dynamic threat likelihood scores, learning from historical patterns and real-time trigger events

• Global data ingestion platform: Build systems that ingest and process structured and unstructured data from thousands of sources worldwide in real-time

• Solid backend architecture: Develop robust, scalable infrastructure using Python, FastAPI, and modern ML/NLP frameworks

• Enterprise platform: Scale from working concept to production-ready system

• Technical team and culture: Define engineering standards and build the team that will execute this vision

What We're Looking For

Technical Leadership: You've architected and shipped complete products from conception to deployment, with hands-on experience building scalable backend systems and ML pipelines in production.

Deep Technical Skills: Expert-level Python development with modern frameworks (FastAPI or equivalent), plus meaningful experience with NLP, LLMs, or applied machine learning in high-stakes environments.

Startup DNA: You thrive in early-stage environments where you define the path forward, move fast without breaking critical systems, and turn ambiguous challenges into concrete technical solutions.

Customer focus: You want to build products people actually enjoy using, and understand customer experience is paramount. 

You don’t need to be an expert in geopolitics or intelligence, your technical credentials and product experience are more important to us.
