At Victoria Intelligence, we believe that intelligence is only powerful when it’s practical, when it helps people make faster, smarter decisions in the face of uncertainty.
We started as an advisory consultancy, helping global companies build tailored intelligence programmes from the ground up. Companies valued our objectivity and expertise in designing bespoke solutions, and supporting them to level up their intelligence programmes.
But the world is changing, and so are we.
Today, we’re scaling our mission through technology. Our anticipatory intelligence platform gives teams the ability to track the scenarios they care about (from the things that require a country evacuation to the things that will just ruin someone’s afternoon) in real time, using machine learning, a variety of data sources, and research-backed models. It automates the heavy lifting of collection and foresight analysis, so analysts can focus on what matters: context, relationships, and action.

Rachael Spanton - Founder
Rachael started her career in Surrey Police where she worked as an intelligence analyst focussing primarily on serious organised crime. She then moved to bp where she spent 10 years in roles that ranged from advising the business on geopolitical threats in Africa, running intelligence projects in support of commercial decision making, establishing and heading up bp’s industry leading operational intelligence programme, before running and revolutionising the company’s 24/7 intelligence monitoring and analysis centre.
As an experienced intelligence analyst, and a customer of intelligence products, she has a unique perspective into what organisations need to be successful, and how to deliver it.
