Victoria Intelligence — Beta Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Effective 22 October 2026
Victoria Intelligence is operated by Victoria Intelligence LTD, registered in England under company number 14981933, with its registered office at The Coach House, Powell Road, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, IG9 5RD (“we”, “us”).
By accepting these Terms on behalf of your organisation (“you”), you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The Platform is provided for business use only.
1. Beta access
Victoria Intelligence is an AI-assisted anticipatory intelligence platform designed to help users assess whether particular scenarios are becoming more or less likely, and why.
We provide access for your organisation’s internal evaluation and analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that your authorised users comply with these Terms and keep their account credentials secure.
Beta access is free unless separately agreed in writing. It will not automatically become a paid subscription.
The Platform is under development. Features, coverage and methodologies may change, and interruptions, errors or loss of data may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular support response times or the future availability of any feature.
2. Our assessments and their limitations
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Platform and preparing its assessments, including taking reasonable steps to support accuracy, completeness and timeliness. However, we do not guarantee that information or assessments will be accurate, complete, current or error-free, or that predicted events will occur.
Outputs may use AI and third-party information, which can contain errors, omissions, bias or delays. You should not assume that every output has been individually reviewed by a human analyst.
Risk scores are analytical indicators, not statistical probabilities unless expressly stated. They may not be comparable across different scenarios or locations. Changes may reflect revised data or methods as well as changing conditions.
A low score or absence of an alert does not mean there is no risk. A high score does not mean an event is inevitable.
Assessments reflect the information available when prepared. We do not guarantee real-time monitoring or identification of every relevant development.
3. Your decisions
The Platform supports professional judgment; it does not replace it. You must not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. Check material information against independent sources, consider your organisation’s circumstances and obtain specialist advice where appropriate.
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. The Platform does not provide tailored legal, investment or other regulated professional advice. It must not be used as an emergency warning system or the sole basis for decisions affecting life or physical safety.
These provisions do not excuse any failure by us to exercise reasonable care and skill or exclude any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Permitted use and intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in the Platform, its methods and content. You may use and reproduce outputs internally, retaining relevant dates, attribution and limitations. External publication, resale or distribution to clients requires our written permission.
You must not share accounts, bypass security controls, unlawfully access or extract information, interfere with the Platform, infringe others’ rights, or use its content to train AI models without our written permission.
You retain rights in information you submit and must have permission to provide it. You allow us to process that information as necessary to deliver, secure and support the Platform.
We may use your voluntary feedback to improve our services without payment, subject to our confidentiality obligations.
5. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will protect the other’s non-public business information with reasonable care, use it only for this beta relationship, and share it only with people or service providers who need it and are subject to confidentiality duties.
This obligation does not cover information lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully obtained elsewhere, and does not prevent legally required disclosures. Confidentiality duties continue for three years after beta participation ends, and longer where required by law.
Each party must comply with applicable data protection law. You must not upload sensitive personal information or information you are not authorised to disclose. If we will process personal data on your organisation’s behalf, we must first agree appropriate data processing terms.
We will apply security measures appropriate to the processing risks. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to marketing or permission to use your confidential information for unrelated purposes.
6. Changes to these Terms
We will notify you of material changes to these Terms and obtain fresh acceptance before applying them to your continued use. Changes will not retrospectively alter accrued rights.
7. Governing law and contact
These Terms and related non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
